Krista King*

 

Ms. King was born in Fort Worth, TX, but spent her youth in Crowley ISD. Ms. King is a proud Texas Wesleyan University graduate, earning her B.Ed (2012) and M.Ed in early childhood education (2013). Recently, Ms. King also recently obtained her principal certification from The University of Texas at Arlington (2022).

Ms. King has dedicated 10 years of her life, thus far, to educating scholars in grades 4-6. The first 5 years of her career were spent in Crowley ISD, before migrating to Fort Worth ISD to teach at The Leadership Academy at Mitchell Boulevard Elementary. 

Aside from being an educator, Ms. King is also a mother to three children (12, 7, and 2). In Ms. King’s spare time she enjoys engaging in DIY projects, traveling to different states, and binge-watching reality TV shows.

Deana Sullivan

 

Mrs. Sullivan is in her 20th year of sculpting young minds. 

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Mrs. Sullivan is a proud member of the Muscogee-Creek Nation. After graduating from TCU on a basketball scholarship, she moved to New York City, where she lived for 13 years. Mrs. Sullivan, and her husband Mike, moved to Ft. Worth 7 years ago with their fish (Zippy). They are now closer to family and able to support and cheer on their alma mater the TCU Horned Frogs! 

Mrs. Sullivan loves purple, everything TCU, all sports, reading, fishing, sleeping, Las Vegas, Costa Rica, and, of course, her students! 

Her favorite quote comes from Robert DeNiro in the movie A Bronx Tale, "The saddest thing in life is wasted talent".

Agustin Tiliano+


Mr. Tiliano is a recent product of the Fort Worth Independent School District. Beginning from Alice Contreras Elementary, and then graduating from Paschal Highschool before he went on to complete his Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education - 6th Bilingual at Texas Wesleyan University. This is his first year teaching as a 5th grade ELA teacher at The Leadership Academy at Mitchell Boulevard, and he could not be more excited! Mr. Tiliano believes that a curious mind has changed the world throughout time and that there is nobody more curious and persistent than a child whose drive to learn is inspired. 

During his free time, he enjoys reading manga, books, cooking, CrossFit, learning new skills, and spending time with his family and friends.
