Guadalupe Garcia+
Mrs. Garcia is the 1st Grade Dual Language teacher here at the Leadership Academy at Mitchell Boulevard. She is finishing her 6th year teaching 1st grade, and she absolutely loves it! Since a young girl Mrs. Garcia dreamt of becoming a teacher and now she gets to live her dream on a daily basis!
Mrs. Garcia attended the University of Texas at Arlington, where she received her Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in 2017 and 2019. She is currently a student at Texas Wesleyan University where she will graduate with a second Master's Degree in August 2023 and her Doctorate Degree in December of 2025. Mrs. Garcia believes that education is the key to success and hopes to instill in children a love for learning.
During her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, her two-year-old son, and her puppy! She also loves to travel to new places, especially the beach.

Pacia Howard*
This is Mrs. Howard's 5th year at the Leadership Academy at Mitchell Blvd. She is a Fort Worth native and attended Trimble Tech High School before going on to attend Angelo State University. Go RAMS!
Mrs. Howard enjoys painting and doing arts and crafts projects. She enjoys going on hiking trails and spending time with her family. Her favorite color is purple.
Most of all she loves teaching 1st grade and helping students develop a love for reading. Like her favorite author said, “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more you learn, the more places you’ll go.”— Dr. Seuss.
