I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from PUCPR in 2005. I live in Haltom City with my son and my fiance.

Hi! My Name is Ms. Leeann Herrera! I am a 4th grade Reading teacher for this 2021-2022 school year! This will be my 14th year teaching & my 5th year at Sam Rosen Elementary. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education EC-4 from Texas A&M University. In May 2012, I graduated from Texas A&M University for the 2nd time with a master's degree in Bilingual Education. I live in Crowley with my 4-year-old son, Giovanni (Gio). I enjoy cooking, running, movies & being with family. I am excited to make this my best year yet!

Fourth Grade Regular Program
I am starting my 24th year of teaching and looking forward to teaching 5th grade this year. I graduated from Midwestern State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Special Education. I received my Masters from Wayland Baptist in Instructional Leadership. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, watching sports, and outside activities. I am very excited to be a Mimi again to our soon to be born 4th grandchild.
