Employee Performance & Evaluation

  • Across the District, Employee Performance and Evaluation is dedicated to supporting a collaborative employee-supervisor workspace that promotes a consistent approach to providing timely and relevant feedback, establishing performance standards and objectives, and attaining a responsive performance that aligns with the District's mission, vision, and policy. The purpose of establishing a performance evaluation system is to ensure that employee performance aligns with the roles and responsibilities of the job assignment.

At the campus level, Employee Performance and Evaluation supports campus leaders in continuous improvement through the implementation of growth-based appraisal systems, such as T-TESS, T-SCESS, and T-PESS, as well as providing technical support for users of Eduphoria Strive.

Employee Performance and Evaluation manages the implementation of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) local designation system for Fort Worth ISD to provide opportunities for top-performing teachers to earn additional compensation in hard-to-staff areas. Employee Performance and Evaluation is committed to ensuring every teacher who meets the eligibility for the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) has equitable access to the designation system.
