Ms. Jodie Crystal Adair
Ms. Adair is both excited and honored to be a part of the Harlean Beal family and will continue to work alongside the students, staff, and families in our community for her 6th year here.
She is beginning her 21st year in education, all within ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø. She has taught various grade levels within elementary, been an instructional specialist/test coordinator, an adult education teacher facilitator, and an assistant principal. She earned her Bachelors of Science from Abilene Christian University and a Masters of Education in Leadership and Policy Studies from UTA.
Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with family, particularly her daughter, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Ms. Ellen Eilerts
This year marks my 19th year in education, all within Fort Worth ISD. I taught in the classroom for 11 years, where I was a 4th and 5th grade math and science teacher. From there I served as a math instructional coach for 3 years. I have also served as a 5th grade math curriculum writer and presenter for the past 2 years. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Kansas State University in 2005. In 2013 I earned my first Masters of Education in Mathematics Curriculum and Instruction followed with my second Masters of Education in Leadership and Policy Studies in 2014 both from University of Texas, Arlington.
I was born and raised in Kansas, but have called Texas my home for the past 19 years. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, baking, watching football and taking care of my pups.
