  • All meetings will take place at 5:30 PM on the second Thursday of each month unless otherwise indicated.  Meetings will be held in the library.

    • Our goal is to be out in 60 minutes!
    • We will have 2 types of meetings: General Meetings and Membership Meetings.
    • General Meetings will be subject to having a quorum of board members present, and membership meetings require 25 members being present.
    • The fall membership meeting includes voting on the budget.
    • The spring membership meeting includes election of the next year’s officers.
    • Our Principal Sven Gustafson attends and shares the latest news on what’s happening at West. It’s also a good time to give him feedback.
