Gold Seal Programs and Schools of Choice Question Form

  • The 24-25 Choices Application will open on Friday, November 3, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. 

    How do you log into SchoolMint? 

    You must use the same credentials that you used when you completed the application.

    If you cannot log in, please email Choices@fwisd.org to reset your password.  Please put Password reset in the subject line. 

     

    How do you Accept/Decline placement and Register for GSPOC?

     

    Once you log into the system using the link above, you will need to click on your student's name.

    Once you click on your student's name, you will be able to view their status.

    For those that were placed, you will either Accept or Decline the placement.

    If you Accept the placement, you will be prompted to verify that you are accepting.

    After you accept, you will be asked if you would like to complete registration now or return later. 

    If at any point, you need to save and exit from the registration, it will sit under your student's name for you to complete at a later date.

    How does this work?

    Please make sure to put the reason in the subject line. The response to your question will come from the email address listed below.

    ¿Cómo se inicia sesión en SchoolMint?

    Debe utilizar las mismas credenciales que utilizó cuando completó la solicitud.

    Si no puede iniciar sesión, envíe un correo electrónico a Choices@fwisd.org para restablecer su contraseña. Por favor, ponga Restablecimiento de contraseña en la línea de asunto.

     


    ¿Cómo acepta/rechaza la colocación y se registra?

    Una vez que inicie sesión en el sistema utilizando el enlace anterior, deberá hacer clic en el nombre de su estudiante.

    Una vez que haga clic en el nombre de su estudiante, podrá ver su estado.

    Para aquellos que fueron colocados, aceptará o rechazará la colocación.

    Si acepta la ubicación, se le pedirá que verifique que está aceptando.

    Después de aceptar, se le preguntará si desea completar el registro ahora o regresar más tarde.

    Si en algún momento necesita guardar y salir del registro, se ubicará bajo el nombre de su estudiante para que lo complete en una fecha posterior.
