Cystic Fibrosis Fundraiser

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

 

            

The Dolores Huerta student council sponsored a Cystic Fibrosis fundraiser to help one of our students and others like her fighting the same illness. Money was collected by both in-person and at-home students. Our school collected $808.86 during this fundraiser.

The following classrooms raised over $100.  They were rewarded an ice cream party, popcorn, and extra recess.

  • Kindergarten (S. Ortega)
  • Kindergarten (Luna/Moreno)
  • First Grade (McNaughton)

The following classrooms raised at least $50.  They received popcorn and extra recess.

  • Preschool (Campbell)
  • First Grade (D. Herrera/Romero)
  • Third Grade (Andrews/Lozano)
  • Third Grade (Ortega/Ocegueda)
  • Fifth Grade (Alvarez/Chavez)

The following classrooms raised at least $25.  They earned extra recess.

  • Kindergarten (Dent)
  • Second Grade (Sanchez/Romero)

Special shout out to Ms. McNaughton's first-grade class which had the largest donation with $135.07!!
